The Supervisor's Guide to Effective Employee Management
This 8-hour live course is designed to equip supervisors with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage their staff throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
The course begins with uncovering who you are as a leader and what is your leadership style so you can best tailor your supervisory experience to your skillset. We then progress through the principles of effective communication and negotiating interpersonal conflict. We will then progress through the employee life cycle in your company – finding, interviewing, onboarding,
performance evaluations and goal setting, to disciplinary action up to and including separation.
By the time you are finished, you will feel comfortable supervising and managing your employees at your organization.
